On Windows, go to Settings > System > About and check "System type"; it will say "64-bit operating system" or "32-bit operating system."

Go to Apple Menu > About This Mac and check the "Chip" section; if it says "M1" (or M2, etc.), it’s Apple Silicon. If it says "Intel," it’s not.

On Linux, run "uname -m" in the terminal; if it shows aarch64, it's ARM 64-bit, and if it shows x86_64, it's 64-bit x86.
